Erin Williams

Erin Williams is a Social & Transition Specialist for elementary and middle schools in Arlington Community Schools (ACS). Her educational background is in social work, and she is a licensed school social worker and licensed master social worker. This is her 4th year in the school system and she previously has served as a victim advocate and a child forensic interviewer in West Tennessee. Erin has eight years of professional mental health experience. 

In her personal life, Erin enjoys all things “crunchy,” crafts, and sustainable living and health podcasts and books. Erin enjoys going to the farmers market with her husband, dogs, and baby Jack.

Ja'Neair Johnson

Ja’Neair Johnson is a Social & Transition Specialist for the high school at Arlington Community Schools. Although this is her 3rd year with Arlington Schools, she has served as a mental health professional for more than 20 years. She holds a Masters of Social Work, and is a licensed school social worker. 

 

In her personal time, Ja’Neair is high energy and actively participates in her community. On the weekends, Ja’Neair is running around town with her 2 girls’ extracurricular activities and at rehearsals preparing for performances with The Tennessee Mass Choir.

Tyler Hill

Tyler Hill is the Director of Communications and Planning for Arlington Community Schools. School PR is not his first career. Tyler graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in broadcast journalism and spent six years working as an on-air morning news anchor and reporter. As an award-winning journalist, Tyler’s passion was rooted in storytelling that spoke to the heart, and he has carried that same mentality to School PR.

Tyler serves as the PEP Talks producer and sound engineer, with occasional hosting duties.
